If you enjoy collaborating across executive ranks, getting creative about finding awesome talent, and guiding them through a legendary hiring experience, this is the role for you. We're looking for someone who wants to push the boundaries on how recruitment is currently done. You are dedicated to innovation, and maximize your experience to produce results. As part of our TA team, you are responsible for all parts of the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, managing pipeline, branding the company as an employer of choice, and guiding hiring manager relationships. The right person thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment and will enjoy the freedom to develop new initiatives and roll out new programs internally.
On you're first day, we'll expect you to have:
- Minimum 8+ years of Leadership search experience specifically focusing on Director and above searches within an Engineering organization
- Strong partner management capabilities including an ability to provide recommendations and insights to key business leaders across the Engineering organization
- Effective interpersonal skills to connect with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization, including C-level.
- A dedication to providing an outstanding hiring experience for both internal hiring teams and candidates
- Experience crafting and executing talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement, strategic sourcing, and driving balanced pipelines.
- A strong desire to collaborate, work cross-functionally with internal business partners including TA Business Partners, Total Rewards, HRBPs, Legal, and Mobility teams.
