Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager in the team, this position will be responsible for:

  • Assure Azure Networking physical and virtual software assets meet the customer enterprise requirements
  • Service and Offering Parity across the Azure Public and Sovereign Clouds (Federal and Secret)
  • New Offerings developed for Sovereign Cloud customers
  • Drive engineering efforts with Software and Network Engineering Stakeholders
  • Partner with all Azure Offerings to ensure Networking Deliverables are met
  • Access and integrate information from network monitoring tools and other data analytics tools
  • Prepare and present analysis, in the form of briefings and/or reports, to the government client

Qualifications

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of an active Top Secret and be willing to upgrade to TS/SCI (with polygraph) or have an active TS/SCI and be willing to upgrade to TS/SCI (with polygraph). This role will require candidates to maintain the TS/SCI (with polygraph) clearance
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Cloud Program Management or Software Development experience
  • 3+ years of experience of Counterintelligence, CI Investigations, or analysis experience, or related field experience that is deemed Mission Essential per US Government standards
  • Highly effective communication and collaboration skills with customer executives, engineering partners required
  • Deep technical aptitude in Cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, system architecture and software development required
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Masters Degree is preferred
    • Active TS/SCI (with polygraph) clearance is preferred
