The Enterprise Security Team consist of top people from around the company (Bing, Azure, InTune, Office 365, Windows, etc.) and outside top companies, and drive the creation and evangelization of the Microsoft Enterprise security platform. We build a chassis of functionality enhancements and the infrastructure to keep business critical services up and running 24x7 (e.g. scale units, DR, etc.) on top of the Azure. The Security Authorization platform is a general-purpose Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Policy Administration platform for controlling access to business processes and digital resources in applications and services. Our goal is to make our customers fanatical supporters of our technologies and we constantly measure our progress against our goals.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Security team is looking for a software engineer to drive the envisioning, development, delivery and adoption of the enterprise security platform that spans on-premises and cloud services. This position will offer you the ability to contribute to the company and industry Service Oriented Architecture and integration best practices. To that end, we are looking for a person who combines technical depth/breadth and great collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
  • Good knowledge of C#, Object Oriented Design, UI, Azure
  • Experience in designing and developing enterprise large scale services
  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development, design, and architecture
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship and communication skills, verbal and written (peers, executives, cross culture)
